Due to the gentle, perishable nature of our products, Carmela's Sweet Shoppe does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Customer Responsibility After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to:
•Track your order's progress using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
•Inform recipients of expected delivery dates
•Ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery
•Manage any necessary rescheduling or redelivery directly with UPS
Carmela's Sweet Shoppe is not liable for orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Melted or Heat-Damaged Products
As noted in our Shipping Policy, chocolate and heat-sensitive items are at risk of damage during warm weather transit. Carmela's Sweet Shoppe is not responsible for melted products. To protect your order, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping and our protective packaging option during the warmer months (May through September). Orders shipped without these precautions are shipped at the customer's risk.
